Pregnancy and early parenthood can come with pain, uncertainty, and too many conflicting answers.

Whether you are pregnant, recovering postpartum, or worried about your baby, you deserve care that takes the time to understand the full picture. At Dr. Cindy Tu Chiropractic, we listen first, explain what we find, and help you understand what care may be appropriate next.

Pregnancy discomfort

Back pain, pelvic discomfort, sciatica, and the many changes your body navigates during pregnancy.

Postpartum recovery

Feeling like yourself again after birth, including pain, fatigue, and the physical demands of new parenthood.

Baby and child concerns

Questions about feeding comfort, head preference, unsettled behaviour, or your child's early development.

Listen first. Explain the why. Then get to work.

Our care is built around clarity. Your first visit is not rushed. We take a full history, understand what has changed, explain what we find, and talk through your care options before any hands-on care begins where appropriate.

We believe in working as part of your broader care team, not in isolation. If another provider is more appropriate for your needs, we will always refer.

Questions we hear often.

If your question is not answered here, please get in touch. We are happy to chat before you book.

Is chiropractic care suitable during pregnancy? +

Many pregnant patients seek chiropractic care for musculoskeletal discomfort. Care should always be adapted to the person and discussed with your wider care team where appropriate.

Do you see babies and children? +

Dr. Cindy Tu provides gentle paediatric chiropractic care and takes time to explain what care may involve. We do not make outcome guarantees and will refer where another provider is more appropriate.

Do I need a referral? +

No referral is usually required, but we are happy to work alongside your GP, midwife, OB, physio, or other care providers.

What happens at the first appointment? +

We listen, take a full history, complete an assessment, explain what we find, and discuss care options before any hands-on care where appropriate.
