Chiropractic Care

Personalised chiropractic care for every stage of family life, whether you’re seeking support for pain and tension or looking to move well and care for your body over time.

Care that moves with you through every stage of life

Our bodies are constantly adapting to the demands of everyday life. Work, exercise, stress, caring for family and the way we move through our day can all influence how our body feels and functions.

Chiropractic care isn’t only about addressing pain. For some people, care begins with a particular concern, while for others it’s about maintaining comfortable movement, staying connected with their body and supporting their overall wellbeing through different stages of life.

At Cindy Tu Chiropractic, we take a whole body approach, considering how your joints, muscles, movement patterns and nervous system work collectively together. Your nervous system plays an important role in how your body senses, responds and adapts to the world around you, so we consider both the physical demands on your body and how you’re feeling as a whole.

People may choose chiropractic care for:

  • Neck or back pain
  • Headaches or migraines
  • Muscle or joint tightness, stiffness and tension
  • Nerve pain eg Radiculopathy
  • Postural or movement concerns
  • Shoulder, hip or pelvic discomfort
  • Work or desk related tension
  • Sport and exercise-related concerns
  • Maintaining mobility and comfortable movement
  • Supporting their body through periods of increased physical demand
  • General wellbeing and ongoing care

Our care is personalised to you and may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, mobility work and practical guidance around movement, posture and everyday habits.

Whether you’re seeking help for a particular concern or taking a more proactive approach to your health, we aim to help you understand your body, move with greater ease and feel confident in the way you care for yourself over time.
